APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Ethics Committee will review the researchers' proposals, applied until

December 19, 2018

to the EGE UNIVERSITY ANIMAL EXPERIMENTS  ETHICS COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT.

IMPORTANT: When preparing the application documents;

    In the application form, the required explanations for each section must be completed.  Please understand the questions asked and answer them individually.
    Scientific terminology is of the utmost importance in project writing, and researchers must be careful and attentive in this regard.
    In addition, abstracts (English and Turkish) supporting the study are required to be included in the desired section. Subject summaries are not accepted except for the literature, or the literature that the researchers prepared for them.
    The most senior personnel in the position of Executor / Executives should be included in the research team when they are to be applied for in accordance with Regulation 11 / D. He should be an executive at universities and educational institutions, a counselor for theses, and a lecturer at other research projects.
    Test Animal Use Certificate; An 80-hour course program should be concluded within the framework of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry's Regulation on the Procedures and Procedures of the Ethical Committees of Animal Experiments. The person who is presented with the certificate in the application must be a researcher in the project.
    If the researchers plan to use animals from single sex (male only female only) in their projects, it is necessary to clarify this situation with literature knowledge as well as causal explanations in this subject.
    The Research Project Application Form and the Undertaking must be filled in two (2) copies each with a wet signature. Forms reproduced by photocopying will not be accepted.
    The signatures of all researchers in the Research Project Application Form and the project executive in the Contracting Document must be complete. Applications with no signature will not be accepted.
    A copy of the CD (1) containing the application form and the undertaking must be prepared.

Once these conditions are met, the Ege University Laboratory Animal Application and Research Center Secretariat can be contacted along with a photocopy of the application form, the undertaking, the CD and the certificate of use of the test animals.

IMPORTANT: Follow-up of the application period is extremely important for researchers. EUHADYEK will review the first 10 projects applied for each period. Evaluation for each period is limited to 10 projects.
